SupercarExperiences.com (SE) was established in 2003 and has since pioneered Supercar Hire in the UK. After many years of hard work, we are very proud to have grown the site into one of the world’s biggest online Supercar Hire Websites. Each year over 250,000 visitors use SE to view over 50 Supercar’s and 500 driving experiences. Thanks to Google we have been No.1 on natural listings for generic search terms for the last 3 years. The site remains in private ownership.
Men (60%) / Women (40%), aged 25-65, ABC1’s. SE is broad in its appeal and has a wide range of visitors and users, typified by late-twenties/early-thirties ‘work hard, play hard’ men/women through to fourty, fifty and sixty year old’s with good incomes and high net worth, who are eager to invest in the finer things in life.

Supercar Experiences Ltd. is, hereinafter referred to as “SE ”. “The Advertiser” applies to the person or entity booking space and therefore party to contract, whether it is an advertising agency or client booking direct.
The following specifications apply to all adverts, whether hosted by SE or served by a third party.
Agencies must disclose the name of their clients at the time of booking. Any mistaken disclosure or failure to disclose entitles SE to reject or cancel the order.
SE is entitled in its absolute discretion to reject or exclude an advertisement submitted or previously accepted to run on the website.
All impression guarantee fulfilment will be governed by the SE ad serving tracking records only.
1. Late Creative
We reserve the right to charge on a pro-rated daily basis for every day that creative is delayed. This will commence from 1st April 2003 and be applicable from 12pm 1 working day before the creative is due to go live.
Campaign date adjustments
Should campaign dates change, SE must be notified of this change 7 days in advance of the campaign’s start date. Should we be notified after the 7 day deadline, the campaign will lose impressions on a pro rata basis, as per our late creative policy.
Once an IO has been sent to the client/agency, it must be signed and sent back to SE within 48 hours. Should the client/agency not comply with this, the campaign will be viewed as NOT booked and we will be unable to guarantee inventory.
2. Lead Times
Please note that the deadline is 12pm the day before the campaign is due to go live.
All creative should arrive according to the IAB guidelines, 3 working days before the campaign is due to start.
SE will make every effort possible to expedite the testing and staging of adverts, however, if creative is received after the designated production deadline, SE cannot guarantee a campaign will begin as scheduled on the insertion order.
Please note, production deadlines do not account for any agency revisions.

4. Booking information
SE is entitled in its absolute discretion to reject or exclude any advertisement submitted or previously accepted to run on the website. Agencies must disclose the name of their clients at the time of booking. Any mistaken disclosure or failure to disclose entitles SE to reject or cancel the order.
The number of creative to be used during the campaign must be specified at the time of the booking.
SE must approve the advertising schedule prior to the start of the campaign e.g. timing and positioning. Any adverts introduced into a rotation during a campaign must be approved and tested prior to their live date. SE reserves the right to remove any campaign immediately if this guideline is not followed.
Until an IO is signed we cannot guarantee these impressions will be held.
The advertiser will review all adverts developed for their campaigns and ensure that testing is completed. All adverts must be tested for compatibility with the following browsers and platforms:
– Mozilla Firefox
– PC and Mac
– Internet Explorer for Windows 95/98/XP and Macintosh
6. Rich Media Specifications

The Applet should be written to accept a clickthru APPLET parameter that will be specified in the HTML for the ad (no hard-coded URLs in class files).
b) Using advertisements with sound
Sounds/video in the ads must be user-triggered. No ads with sound starting automatically will be accepted.
Rich Media creatives must have a back-up image if the browser is not capable of handling the content. In order to ensure trouble free delivery of your campaign, all rich media creatives must be tested on as many platforms as possible.
7. Guidelines for Ads served by 3rd Party
Creatives not complying with SE’s ad specifications must be removed from rotation by the 3rd Party before the campaign begins.
The 3rd Party must implement a call to open a new browser window when the ad is clicked on.
The 3rd Party must supply a URL to view advertisements before the campaign begins.
Payment shall be made before ads go live. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Cheque (must be cleared funds) or BACS.
Cancellation deadlines are as follows:
Two weeks from start of a banner campaign
Four weeks from start of a promotion or sponsorship package.
One month for hosting services.
The Advertiser accepts that the Advertiser, whether it is an agency or a client booking direct, is a principal in law and accordingly warrants that all Copy (and its constituent parts) when submitted to SE for production and upon publication shall:
i. Be neither defamatory nor obscene and comply in all respects with the requirements of the British Code of Advertising Practice and other relevant industry codes: and
ii. Comply with and not contravene the requirements of: a) any Act of Parliament, statutory instrument, code of practice, or regulation promulgated there-under, including any law of the European Community for the time being in force or applicable in the United Kingdom; and b) any acts, decrees, regulations or authorities in those markets in which the advertisement (and in particular comparative advertising) may be accessed.
iii. In the case of financial advertising comply with the Financial Services Act 1986 and other relevant statutes and regulations issued pursuant to statute or by any regulatory body.
iv. Have been authorised for reproduction in its final form on the SE and not breach any contract or infringe or violate any copyright trade mark or any other personal or proprietary right of any person or entity or render SE liable to any proceedings whatsoever where so ever.
v. These conditions shall be construed under and governed by the law of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
SE is entitled in its absolute discretion to reject or exclude any advertisement submitted or previously accepted to run on the website.
The Advertiser will indemnify SE fully in respect of any costs, damages or losses suffered by SE arising directly or indirectly from the online publication of an advertisement conformed with the Copy instructions and or approval given by or on behalf of the Advertiser or which is in breach of any of the warranties above.
Any complaint concerning the production of an advertisement must be must be lodged in writing to SE’s offices within four weeks of campaign start date.
When SE creates material, no part of this work may be reproduced by any mechanical, photographic or electronic process, nor may it be copied for public or private use without the written permission of SE Limited.

Please note that any delays in getting final approval for advertorials will affect the live date of the campaign. For every day sign off is delayed the campaign will go live a day later.
